Resumen

This article is devoted to the issues of standardization for infrastructures. Infrastructures (cities, roads, etc.) there are and will be the basis of the real economy. It is the content and development of infrastructures that make up the lion's share of budgets. In Smart cities, for example, we can see practically all the infrastructure that people use. The term "smart infrastructure" refers to the result of combining physical infrastructure with digital infrastructure, which allows providing more information for making management decisions. At the same time, both physical and digital infrastructures are assets for which economic efficiency can and should be considered. The issues of developing smart infrastructures and lessons for Russia are discussed in this article.
