Abstrak___________________________________________________________________Pembangunan pabrik gula di Kabupaten Blora membuat banyak petani yang sebelumnyamerupakan petani padi, jagung, maupun yang lain-lain mulai beralih menjadi petani tebu.Permasalahan yang dikaji yaitu pengaruh faktor-faktor diantaranya luas lahan, modal, biayatenaga kerja, pendidikan, umur dan harga dalam mempengaruhi pendapatan petani tebu diKecamatan Jepon. Tujuan penelitian ini Untuk memberikan sumbangan informasi danrekomendasi dalam kegiatan usahatani tebu di Kecamatan Jepon Kabupaten Blora. Populasipenelitian ini yaitu berjumlah 54 petani tebu di 4 desa, berdasarkan program peningkatan produksiusahatani tebu bantuan pemerintah di Kecamatan Jepon. Variabel Hasil penelitian diperolehmenunjukan bahwa secara bersama-sama luas lahan, modal, biaya tenaga kerja, tingkatpendidikan, umur, dan harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan petani tebudi Kecamatan Jepon dibuktikan dari hasil uji F sebesar 11,45156 dan nilai prob. F-hitung(0,000000) < alpha 10 %. Nilai R2 = 0,593809 berarti bahwa 59,3809 persen kemampuan variasihimpunan variabel bebas (independen) yang digunakan dalam model ini dapat menjelaskan variasipendapatan petani tebu di Kecamatan Jepon. Sedangkan sisanya 40,6191 persen dipengaruhivariasi variabel dependen dijelaskan oleh variabel lain di luar model yang digunakan dalampenelitian ini. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah secara parsial yaitu terdapat 3 variabelindependen yang digunakan tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan petani tebudi Kecamatan Jepon Kabupaten Blora. Variabel tersebut yaitu luas lahan, biaya tenaga kerja, danumur. Sementara itu, terdapat 3 variabel independen lainnya yaitu modal, pendidikan, dan hargayang berpengaruh positif signifikan pada ? = 10% terhadap pendapatan petani tebu di KecamatanJepon Kabupaten Blora.Abstract___________________________________________________________________Construction of a sugar factory in Blora Regency previously made many farmers are farmers of rice, corn, andothers began to move into sugarcane farmers. The results obtained show thatjointly land, capital, labor costs, level of education, age, and price positive and significant impact on the incomeof sugarcane farmers in Sub district Jepon evidenced from the results of the F test value of 11.45156 and prob.F-count (0.000000) <alpha 10%.R2 = 0.593809 means that 59.3809 percent of variation in the ability of theset of independent variables (independent) used in this model can explain the variation in the sugarcanefarmers' income Sub district Jepon. While the remaining 40.6191 percent variation influenced the dependentvariable is explained by other variables outside of the model used in this study. The conclusion from this studyis that there are three partially independent variables used do not have a significant effect on the income ofsugarcane farmers in Sub disrict Jepon Blora. These variables are land, labor costs, and age. Meanwhile, thereare 3 other independent variables, namely capital, education, and prices have a positive significant effect on ? =10% of the sugarcane farmers' income in the Sub district Jepon Blora.
