Resumen
Following delays in the production of the companys annual accounts, the Chief Executive Officer is livid. He summons the Chief Financial Officer to explain circumstances surrounding the delay. The Chief Financial Officer, after consultation with the Directors of the Materials Management System and Power Sales departments, reckons that the acquisition of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system will permanently address the issue.
