Resumen
The subject matter of the article is the process of planning the content of the portfolio of construction projects. The goal of the study is to identify the relations between the main elements of the content of construction projects in the portfolio, taking into account the interests of stakeholders. The following tasks were solved in the context of studies: the structure of goals and work of the portfolio of construction projects was determined as well as relations between the elements of these structures, the matrices of "goal-work" interrelations and "goal-stakeholders" were built, the matrix of "stakeholder-work" relationship was calculated. The following methods were used: the methodologies of project management, the value theory, systems approach, graph theory, correspondence matrices. The following results were obtained: requirements for preparing a preliminary plan for involving project stakeholders were considered; the factors within the project can affect the plans of attracting stakeholders were singled out; the main stages of the systematization of the components of the portfolio of investment and construction projects were listed; structural hierarchical models were developed to represent the structure of goals and the work of a construction projects portfolio in a formalized form; the relations between the elements of the specified structures were presented as graph structures; a formalized description of the relationship between these models in the form of matrix projections was suggested; the matrix projections of the "goal-work" interrelations (at the first and second levels of the presentation) and the "goals-stakeholders" (at the second level) were built; "stakeholder-work" relationship matrix was calculated. Conclusions. The presentation of the content of the portfolio of investment and construction projects was improved by systematizing its elements, which enabled determining whether the goals, activities and stakeholders of the project are able to increase the efficiency of achieving the goals and satisfying the stakeholders of the project portfolio. Further studies will be aimed at quantifying the degree of the interest of stakeholders in doing appropriate work. On the basis of the obtained estimates, the process of engaging stakeholders at certain phases of the life cycle of the project portfolio can be managed.
