Este artigo ressalta que as discussões sobre os direitos da infância, adolescência e juventude merecem insistentemente ser apresentadas em todos os espaços coletivos, em face das presentes violações de direitos que os grupos mais vulneráveis vivenciam. Expõe o processo de gestão social da política de assistência social voltada para o atendimento aos direitos da população infanto-juvenil e suas famílias, fazendo a articulação com o atual processo de implantação e implementação dos serviços assistenciais ofertados nos Centros de Referência Especializados da Assistência Social (CREAS), fundamentados no Sistema Único de AssistênciaSocial.Palavras-chave: Gestão social, direitos infanto-juvenis, assistência social.THE PROCESS OF DEMOCRATIZATION OF SOCIAL ASSISTANCE POLICY AND THE RIGHTS OFCHILDREN AND ADOLESCENTS IN THE MUNICIPALITIESAbstract: The discussions on the rights of children, adolescents and youth deserve to be presented consistentlyin all collective spaces, because of present violations of rights which the most vulnerable groups experience.
