Resumen
In conditions of increasing train traffic speeds the maintenance requirements for curve track sections must be revised to more strict ones. Familiar techniques of surveying curves are analyzed in the paper from the viewpoint of accuracy of the data obtained. Some recommendations on the survey procedures for improving their accuracy are proposed.
