In this purpose, manifesting the general characteristics of state intervention in the agricultural sector, the reflection of Turkey's agricultural policy changes in agricultural policies at the global level are evaluated. As observed on a global scale, agricultural production has significantly marketization in Turkey. It is observed that marketization has caused significant problems regarding food and supply security. For this reason, it is inevitable that the policy changes aimed at ensuring the security of agricultural supply will be addressed and implemented in a strategic way.
