Resumen
Ao longo da história as mulheres têm se mobilizado, denunciado, emancipado e reivindicado direitos de cidadania. A conquista desses direitos representa uma das revoluções mais importantes da história da humanidade. Na Colômbia as mulheres sempre se fizeram presentes nas ações que defendiam os ideais de independência e soberania do território. Percorrer essa trajetória de organização, buscando elucidar a teoria política que alimenta o movimento de mulheres e feministas na Colômbia, revela-se como desafio do presente texto, procurando compreender quais os pressupostos que contribuíram para a institucionalização do discurso e a viabilização das políticas públicas para esse segmento social.Palavras-chaves: Movimento de mulheres, direitos, cidadania, políticas públicas.POLICY FOR WOMEN AND COLOMBIAN WOMEN IN POLITICSAbstract: Throughout history women have been mobilized, denounced, emancipated and claimed rights of citizenship. The achievement of these rights is one of the most important revolutions in human history. In Colombia, women have always been present in the actions defending the ideals of independence and sovereignty of the territory. The search for this path of organization, aiming to elucidate the political theory which feeds the movements by women and feminists in Colombia, reveals itself as a challenge of this text, trying to understand what assumptions that contributed to the institutionalization of the discourse and the viability of public policies for this segment of society.Key words: Women's movement, rights, citizenship, public policies.
